Watchmen: Volume 2

United States releaseNovember 27, 2019

The second Watchmen volume expands the score's range as the series moves between present-day Tulsa and its reworked American history. Reznor and Ross combine electronic pressure with orchestral and period-inspired passages that can function as drama, satire, or music from within the program itself.

Its vinyl edition was disguised as the soundtrack to the fictional television production American Hero Story: Minutemen. The fabricated credits and historical design deepen the series mythology while giving the release an identity beyond a conventional score album.
