Lost Highway
United States releaseFebruary 18, 1997
Trent Reznor produced the soundtrack for David Lynch's Lost Highway, bringing together Angelo Badalamenti's score with David Bowie, Rammstein, Marilyn Manson, the Smashing Pumpkins, and Nine Inch Nails. Its uneasy transitions mirror a film built around fractured identity and changing realities.
Nine Inch Nails supplied The Perfect Drug, while Reznor contributed the instrumentals Videodrones; Questions and Driver Down. The album connected Nothing Records artists with Lynch's film and reached number seven on the Billboard 200.
