Add Violence is the second release in the 2016–2018 trilogy. Its five tracks range from the direct synth-and-guitar structure of “Less Than” to the repeated ending of “The Background World,” which degrades over several minutes.
The physical edition is designed like an equipment manual, with diagrams, labels, and a removable component. The EP was released digitally in July 2017 and on physical formats that September.
